Pros:
Purchased these advertised Panasonic 18650 cells. Says Made In Japan but zero company name (Panasonic). One thing I am not comfortable is the photo indicates a white protection around the top button, The two received have a thin piece of paper which is hardly attached. Not glued or anything and not made of plastic. With paper peeling up when placing in charger, not good quality control as the metal around button top could easily be exposed! Ran the pair thru my charging station at Charge, Discharge,, Recharge cycle. Reports final voltage and mAh capacity at end of cycle (15hr @ 5000ma). Charged to 4.18 & 4.19 volts, 3,560 & 3,703 mAh. Those are good numbers, however, I would expect real-deal Panasonics to be closer in mAh capacity between the 2 cells. Not a 140mAh diff which could be a 15min diff in tactial light output time. Deducted 1 star for mAh variance and poor quality thin paper around button top, which is peeling up and off top of cell. Every other brand I have seen at least has plastic wrap protection around the button top. Not sure who these were actually mfg by?? I have several Panasonic rechargables, including Eneloops. Every cell has Panasonic clearly written on them. I am getting the impression thee are not the authentic Panasonics after all.

Pros:
Four of the six batteries that I bought look identical to authentic Japanese batteries, and all weigh 1.7oz (on my US Postal scale) or about 50 gm. I just finished testing the two that seemed a little irregular in appearance on my new Foxnovo F2 intelligent charger. The testing with both charging and discharging currents at 0.5A took about 24 hours, and I am VERY PLEASED to report that the measured mAh's for the first two batteries were 3360 and 3385. I recorded about ten points on the discharge curves, and they look very similar to the pattern reported on the internet for Japanese batteries. The first half of the curve wasn't very different from blue 2500mAh Trustfires, but the mid-portion and end of the curve flattened out and kept racking up mAh's. I didn't disassemble a battery so I can only speculate about the guts of the package. I believe that the cells are probably authentic Panasonic sells made in China with an unknown PCB that on the outside looks like a Seiko. My conclusion at this point is that these will function like authentic Japanese cells but at half the price. At $5.79 they would seem to be a bargain, so I'm buying more.
Cons:
Doubt that these were made in Japan, and I am very skeptical of any battery that starts off by misleading consumers with its labeling. I was also skeptical about this battery since the price is less than other Panasonic cells on GearBest with lower mAh ratings. Moreover, four single cells are priced lower than a four-pack in violation of usual economy-of-scale practices. Its hard to trust the reported specs after buying various "Fire" brand batteries with wildly inflated mAh ratings. Four of the six that I bought look almost exactly like the authentic Panasonic batteries made in Japan, but two were a bit asymmetric on the PCB end and had buttons that didn't protrude the normal amount (build quality=4 star). These are only cosmetic issues, and both fit in my flashlights just fine. Like authentic Japanese cells, these batteries are larger than spec for 18650 cells, so my ease-of-use rating at 4 stars reflects the fact that they may not fit into some flashlight tubes. It would make all of us fell much better if the label honestly disclosed that the cells are manufactured&

Pros:
I was almost, ALMOST, going to buy Nite--- batteries from Bat Jun that were 3400mAh 18650's, at 26 bucks a pop, then I started reading CandlePower Forum, and got schooled on batteries. Where do you think Nite---- gets its batteries? Panasonic. That's where. From every place I've checked, and I knew I'd need at least 12 18650's, these Panasonic NCR18650B 3.7V 3400mAh batteries were consistently rated near or at the top. Relabeled by Nite--- (who makes GREAT flashlights btw), these Panasonics, the SAME battery, through GearBest, are under 5 dollars each. GearBest did a great job, and proved my doubts unfounded. I'm going to get other products that I couldn't afford otherwise. To be sure, my bill for the same batteries would have been over 300.00. How about 60?. Yup.

Pros:
Highest available capacity 18650 Trusted Brand Best non bulk price I could find on the internet, so good that it's worth the wait and I went ahead and reordered numerous times. Every batch I got was manufactured only a few months before I purchased them, making these about as fresh as they get. Use these in all sorts of hobby applications like flashlights, emergency(and power outage) lighting, wireless devices, solar lights, etc.. Just mind the 2C discharge rate, the temperature and SIZE and your imagination is the limit in usage. The reason for the upper case is that these are huge compared to their non protected counterparts. 18.58mm vs 18.28mm(width) and 65.24 vs 70.3mm (length).
Cons:
NONE that I could come up with. To everyone using these for vaping....if you don't stay under the 2C discharge rating (about 6 Amps) STOP USING THEM THAT WAY. There are far better cells here for about the same price that are far better for that use.

Pros:
Cons:
Для себя минусов не выявил. рекомендую к покупке. Слитая емкость получилась больше залитой. Это, скорее всего, особенности работы Opus BT-3100

Pros:
Delivered to Ukraine in the past month. It has already bought a battery but without protection. Now I decided to buy even with protection. The quality is excellent. On the third charge tester showed dialed charge 3480mAh. Used in Convoy S2 + and in small powerbank. Ideal battery terms of price and quality. Purchase very satisfied. Thank you!
Cons:
Недостатков нет и быть не может.

Pros:
The cells are original Panasonic NCR18650B cells with a protection circuit added on the negative pole. The extra wrapper added to hold the protection circuit and the conductive strip to the positive pole is transparent so that the original cell marking is visible. The cells are 70mm long including the button top and 18.4mm in diameter. The capacity measured during discharge on an Opus BT-C3100 charger is around 3300mAh and does not vary by more than 50mAh fro the four cells I bought.
Cons:
None

Pros:
These look to be the real-deal Panasonic protected 18650 batteries. I bought two as spare batteries for my Fenix TK15S and Nitecore SRT7 tactical flashlights. The batteries powered on both flashlights. The build quality is very good and the 3400mAh capacity is impressive. Tip for flashlight users: Some 18650 flashlights can use either a flat-top 18650 or a button-top 18650 battery like these ones. My Fenix is an example of such flashlight. However, my Nitecore requires button-tops so this is why I got these batteries. It works on either flashlight.
Cons:
None I can think of.

Pros:
Excellent battery at a great price! I bought two of these along with a Skilhunt H02 headlamp (820 lumens on high). These ran the H02 on the turbo (highest) setting for over 2-1/2 hours until the battery voltage hit 3.2v. This matches up to what other reviewers are getting with 3400 mah 18650's. Very impressed by the performance on these for less than half the cost of Olight's or Nitecores. Also, for anyone who is wondering, mine say "Made in Japan" on them. See my picture. I'm picking up two more of these right now after I submit this review.
Cons:
So far, none! I will update this review in the future if I run into any problems.
