To effectively serve our customers, GearBest ships to virtually every country in the world. Once your order has been packaged, your goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
In short, as soon as your package leaves our warehouse facility, it is in the hands of a courier company and delivered direct to your door. The very few countries that we are unable to ship to include: South Sudan (SSD) and Palestine (PSE). This is due to the restrictions based on the shipping policies of our respective shipping partners. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused.
Generally speaking, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver your purchased products to you. However, certain couriers such as FedEx or DHL may (in some cases) apply a nominal "remote area charge". These apply to locations that are out-of-delivery-area and/or out-of-pickup area.
Based on data from millions of individual shipments, we can confirm that this is very rare. It can happen if the shipping address you provided is too far from their main logistics centers or distribution hubs.
If your shipping address is located in a remote area for your chosen courier service, we will contact you directly to discuss the issue. For FedEx or DHL, you will need to pay an extra $30 to cover the remote shipping fees. However, if you do not wish to pay any additional fees, we would strongly suggest that you ship your order with EMS (Standard Shipping) or choose Flat Rate Shipping – while this may entail longer shipping times, both options represent great value, low cost alternatives for customers. GearBest will always refund you any difference in shipping fees.
To minimize the possibility of any issues, GearBest strongly recommends that customers provide a physical address to facilitate the order delivery process.
However, if you really need to ship the package to a PO Box, then please select Flat Rate Shipping as the shipping method (weight limit: 2kg). For heavier items, you will need to select an alternate, physical address to facilitate delivery. The general rule of thumb is to consider the weight as a useful guide.
