Amazfit GTS User Guide: How to Pairing the Amazfit GTS to your Phone?

The Amazfit GTS is a popular smartwatch, a big improvement over the previous generation of Amazfit GTR and Amazfit Bip. For users who use the Amazfit series smartwatch for the first time, it is important to connect the watch to the phone correctly. This post will show you how to pairing Amazfit GTS to mobile phones and some of the problems you may encounter.

Amazfit GTS 

Amazfit GTR supports Android 5.0 and above, iOS 10.0 and above devices, and most mobile phones on the market are supported.

Step for Pairing

Step 1: Download the Amazfit APP at your phone.

Android: search Amazfit APP from Android Market, Google Market or click here Amazfit APP.

iOS: search Amazfit APP from Apple Store.

Step 2: Open Amazfit APP and select Sign-up.

Step 3: After you have created and signed into your Amazfit account, the app will ask you to input your details like your gender, height, and weight.

Step 4: Activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone and connect the GTS with your phone.

●Open Amazfit APP, tap the right-hand corner “Profile”---”My device”.

●Tap on “watch” and tap “Amazfit GTS” to pair.

Step 5: Place the Amazfit GTS next to your phone while the Bluetooth connection on your device is in search mode.

Step 6: Then you will receive a pairing request on your watch. Tap the check mark to confirm for pairing.

After confirmation, your watch will connect to your phone immediately and it will update Repository, Firmware, and AGPS automatically. This process may take several minutes to complete.

Amazfit GTS 

If you can’t pairing the Amazfit GTS with your phone or other devices

●Check Amazfit GTS battery level:

 If you cannot connect, make sure your Amazfit GTS is fully charged. Place your device on the charger base for 10 minutes, remove from the charger base and try connecting again.

●Force quit and reopen or reinstall the Amazfit App

If it doesn’t sync, close the app and turn off and on the Bluetooth on your phone, reopen the app and try connecting again.

●Reboot your phone

For Android: Erase Bluetooth cache and data, then, go to Setting-Application Management-More Application-All Bluetooth Shared-Clear Data.

For iOS: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove the Amazfit device. To do so, tap on the icon next to the Amazfit and tap Forget this device. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON. Re-open App and try connecting again.

●If still failed, please use another phone to have a try. 

Note: Please keep away from other Bluetooth devices when connecting.
