Please try again with another effective HDMI cable. If it still doesn't work, you should update the X92 TV box. Here are the steps for updating:
● Update the TV box. Firstly, you should better format the SD card, then copy the update firmware into the root file of your SD card and insert the card into your device. Use a pin to press and hold the button in AV hole and power on the TV box. Leave the power button until update page appears. After that, the X92 will update automatically.
● If the TV box doesn't work after updating, the device needs to flash, download the ROM firmware here.
● If above solutions cannot solve the problem, please consult the after-sale service.
● Check if you have installed the battery correctly and make sure the battery in the remote controller is new.
● Operate the controller directly in front of remote controller receiver (The effective angle of the infrared remote control is about 45-60 degrees, and the effective receiving angle of the remote control receiver of the machine is about 30-45 degrees.).
● If above methods still don't work, you could use your phone's camera to shoot remote control's launch lamp and press any button of the remote control. If you can see a flash light through the camera, the controller is ok, the machine's remote control receiver is broken. If you cannot see a flash light, indicating that the remote control is broken, please contact the aftersale service.

● Please restore the TV box to factory setting in the system settings.
● If you still got a blue screen, flash the TV box with the ROM firmware.
● If the flash doesn't fix the problem, that means the X92 TV box has hardware malfunction, please contact the aftersale service.
Please exchange the AV connectors and change your TV into AV mode. If it still doesn't work, you should contact the aftersale service as the AV connector is broken.
