The body mass index (BMI) or Quetelet index is a value derived from the mass and height of an individual. BMI=weight/height2, expressed in units of kg / m².


It is currently and commonly used to measure the amount of body fat, muscle, bone and determine your health standard.

BMI is a neutral and reliable indicator when we need to compare and analyze the effect of body weight on the health of people (with different heights).



According to the BMI, people can be classified into underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese.



Working principle

It adopts bioelectrical impedance analysis ( BIA ) and sends a safe and very low electrical current through your body . Since the electrical current flows more quickly through water and muscle than bone or fat, the scale will measure the speed of the current and determine your body composition.

Using the feedback from the current the scale will be able to estimate how much of your body’s water, lean, muscle tissue, and fat, through a built-in multi-step mathematical formula.


Don’t cheat


Input your height and barefoot stand on the gravity sensors of the scale, keep your body in a straight line, don't rely on other objects to make more accurate weighing
