1. Long press left and right button together until two LED light flash red and blue alternately.
2. Long press right side button, wait one LED light flash red and blue alternately, have a voice prompt that it is "ready to pair"

1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Check the Bluetooth symbol at the top of your phone’s screen.
2. Make sure i9s TWS and your phone in the paring process.
3. Make sure i9sTWS earbuds close to your mobile phone.
4. Delete the old Bluetooth connection. In iOS settings, you can remove a device by tapping on its name and then Forget this Device. In Android settings, tap on a device’s name, then Unpair. After removing a device, start at step 1 on this list.
5. Turn off your device and try again.
