How to fix Netflix error on Xiaomi Mi Box S?

Restart your home network

Step 3: Select Apps or Applications.

Step 4: Select Manage Applications, Application Manager, or Manage All Apps.

If you don't see these selections, continue to the next step.

Step 5: Scroll down and select Netflix.

If you don't see Netflix, check the Downloaded tab.

Step 6: Select Storage.

If you don't see Storage, continue to the next step

Step 7: Select Clear Data or Clear Storage, then OK.

Step 8: Try Netflix again.

Reinstall the Netflix app

Step 1: Open the Play Store app.

Step 2: Search for Netflix.

Step 3: Once in the Netflix app store page, select Uninstall.

NOTE: Uninstalling the Netflix app will delete any titles you have downloaded to the Mi Box S.

Step 4: Select OK to confirm.

Step 5: Once uninstallation is complete, select Install.

Step 6: Once installation is complete, select Open.

Step 7: Try Netflix again.

Upgrading to the latest firmware of Xiaomi Mi Box S

Xiaomi Mi Box S upgrades to Android 9 Pie. Maybe it experience a hardware of software problem. Check your Xiaomi Mi Box S is upgrade to the latest Android System and firmware version.

Factory reset Xiaomi Mi Box S

Reset your Xiaomi Mi Box S to the factory settings, and try Netflix again.
