How to Pairing Amazfit Nexo with iOS or Android Phone?

Amazfit Nexo is a very independent smartwatch, can not exercise health features rich, but also support 4G LTE Phone Calls. You'll be able to make phone calls independently through the carrier's cellular network without even having your mobile phone near you. However, if you want to get more detailed exercise health data and experience more features, then you need connect your Amazfit Nexo with your phone. How to pairing Amazfit Nexo with smartphone? Please refer to the following steps.

Amazfit Nexo​ 

Amazfit Nexo supports Android 5.0 and above, iOS 10.0 and above devices, whether it's an iPhone, Xiaomi, HUAWEI or a Samsung phone, it can match the Amazfit Nexo.

Amazfit Nexo First Pairing

Step 1: Download the Amazfit APP with your phone.

Android: search Amazfit APP from Android Market, Google Market or click here Amazfit APP.

iOS: search Amazfit APP from Apple Store.

Step 2: Open Amazfit APP and select Sign-up. You can sign up with your phone number or mi fit account / Amazfit account.

Step 3: After you have created and signed into your Amazfit account, the Amazfit App will ask you to input your details like your gender, height, and weight.

Step 4: Enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone and connect the Amazfit Nexo with your phone.

●Open Amazfit APP, tap the right-hand corner "Profile"---"My device".

●Tap on "watch" and tap "Amazfit Nexo" to pair.

Step 5: Place the Amazfit Nexo near to your phone while the Bluetooth connection on your device is in search mode.

Step 6: Then you will receive a pairing request on your Amazfit Nexo. Just tap the confirm icon to confirm for pairing.

After confirmation, your watch will connect to your phone immediately and it will update Repository, Firmware, and AGPS automatically. This process may take several minutes to complete. Please wait with patience.

Amazfit Nexo Not Pairing?

●Check Amazfit Nexo battery level

If your Amazfit Nexo cannot connect with your phone, make sure your Amazfit watch is fully charged. Place your device on the charger base for 10 minutes, then remove from the charger base and try connecting again.

●Force quit and re-open or re-install the Amazfit App

If it doesn't sync, close the app and turn off and on the Bluetooth on your phone, reopen the app and try connecting again.

●Reboot your phone

For Android: Erase Bluetooth cache and data, then, go to Setting-Application Management-More Application-All Bluetooth Shared-Clear Data.

For iOS: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove the Amazfit device. To do so, tap on the icon next to the Amazfit and tap Forget this device. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON. Re-open App and try connecting again.

●If still failed, please use another phone and try it again. Or seek professional solution, apply for after-sales service or repair to a special repair shop.

Note: During pairing, please keep away from other Bluetooth devices.
