Step 1: Put both of your AirPods in their charging case.
Step 2: Close the lid and wait about 30 seconds, then open the case lid.
Step 3: On your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or Android phone, go to “Settings > Bluetooth”, and then tap Forget This Device, and tap again to confirm.
Step 4: With the AirPods Pro charging case lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until you see the status light flashing amber.
Step 5: Reconnect your AirPods Pro to start use. (With the lid open, place your AirPods close to your device. Follow the steps on your device's screen.)
●Please note that now the AirPods Pro are reset they will no longer automatically recognize any of the devices linked to your iCloud account. You should opening the AirPods case near to an iOS device will initiate the setup process, just like the first time you used them.
