Step 1: turn off the earbuds. Long touch the QCY T5 TWS touch bar for 3s until the LED will glows red in both of the earbuds.
Step 2: after turn off the earbuds, long touch the touch stem of each QCT T5 earbuds for 10s. (In the process, one of the earbud turns on the white light and then the red and green light flashes alternately in both earbuds, then release your hand. Indicates that the reset was successful).
Step 3: delete the pairing record in your phone.
Step 4: put the QCY T5 earbuds back into the battery case and repairing it.
