Step 3: Pair i7s and smartphones again

Step 4: Click the i7s-tws, to enter the Bluetooth setting page.
Step 5: Turn on "call audio" and "media audio" to solve the problem that the i7s TWS earphone has no sound.
If the "call audio" and "media audio" are turned on, there is still no sound.You can try this way to solve it.
Step 1: Enter the setting page on you mobile phone, and you can see "More Settings" on the page.
