Error 11 indicates that the host detected a strong magnetic field at startup. Please check:

Error 12 indicates that the battery is extremely low. Please put the main unit back in the charging base before charging.

Error 13 indicates that the main unit is charging abnormally. Please check:

2. The charging base power cord is not in good contact. Please check the power supply. Whether the cable is tightly inserted

Error 14 indicates that the host has detected a battery failure. Do not use the robot at very low (below 0 °C) or very high (above 40 °C).
