Step 1: Check whether there is any dirt or foreign matter in the charging base of each of the earbuds and in the charging column in the charging box. If yes, gently clean it.
Step 2: In the Realme Buds Air charging box, repeatedly insert and remove the earbuds 2 times.
Step 3: Confirm whether the battery level of the charging box is sufficient (a green light indicates sufficient battery level). Keep the buds in the charging box for at least 10 minutes.
Step 4: Press the function key for more than 10s to reset the Realme Buds Air
Step 5: Close the charging case cover when the LED light goes off.
Step 6: Open the case cover and press 3s to enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Reconnect it to your smartphone to confirm whether the issue is resolved.
