In recent days, the news that the Apple AirPods may produce cancer risk was published on both Medium (an American self-Media platform), and the Daily Mail (a British media). According to the Video news, Apple customer service staff responded in an interview, saying that they were "not responsible for the accuracy of third-party rumors and news reports".
The Apple customer service also said that users can "rest assured to use the product", and Apple will also "provide corresponding protection" for their products.
For the above rumors, US media Quartz has also dispelled rumors that Medium's “Are AirPods and other Bluetooth headphones safe?” The petition signed by 250 scientists" mentioned in the article was actually published as early as 2015 and was last updated in January this year. The petition expresses concern about the potential risks of "non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation", which occurs in most wireless devices, including mobile phones, and not just target wireless headphones.
