ASUS releases ASUS ROG series in Computex 2019

Computex 2019 is turning the community upside down with the possible news it will bring and with the teaser we have of the technologies that will be at the event. In addition to several other technologies that will only be presented to the public when the time is right. But anyway, leaving the possibilities that we do not know, we will talk about what is confirmed for the event, and the teasers continue to emerge, and one better than the other. This time from the PC giant Asus.

And not to show everyone, we will show only the most interesting ones. Which, so far, seem to be from Asus ROG, the company's PC game brand, rather than the more general consumer products that come with the Asus brand.

Asus ROG shared a collage of motherboards that will come "soon" through his Instagram and Twitter pages. TechPowerUp seems to have been the first to identify this provocation, and pondered the image closely. Thus, it concluded that the collage includes images of the next X570 motherboards from the following ranges.

"She said, "The high-end ROG Crosshair, the high-end ROG Strix, the mainstream TUF Gaming and only the Prime series.

Some HEXUS members seem to be concerned about the actively cooled chipsets on the AMD X570 motherboards, but it seems that the Strix card does not use a fan to cool its 15W TDP chipset.

Tablet for ROG? games

In another Twitter teaser, Asus is showing some obtuse angles of a "new kind of gaming freedom". The 4-second clip doesn't offer much to go on, shows the ROG logo and then rotates, providing a brief side view, making the device look like a tablet...

If you pause the video at the right time, you can clearly see an on/off button with red insertion, another button not marked and what appears to be a volume balance control. Looks like a tablet to me.

Someone pondered whether it was a new review of Mothership in the comments, and Asus replied "It's not a motherboard. More like an escape pod..."

4K120, 4K AMOLED and 17-inch 240Hz ROG laptops

Yesterday, Asus ROG wrote about screen updates coming to its line of laptops for gaming at Computex. Asus says it recently stood out with "the fastest 15.6-inch panel on the planet in our Spring 2019 Collection. Now, it will be bringing the same level of performance to its laptops for Strix SCAR III and Hero III 17.3-inch eSports games.

ASUS ROG series

Other Asus ROG notebooks will have options for displays up to 4K120Hz, AMOLED with glass displays, HDR displays up to 120Hz and 3ms, and more.

Finally, these were the teasers we have on some promising Asus products. Of course, these are just some of the products that will be shown at Computex. The main range of Asus products will be unveiled at the Asus Computex Press Event on May 27th (19:00 (UTC + 8)).

Remembering that Asus is letting fans create expectations about, and is not releasing specific teasers for products of this event. But it's better this way, some things are better when you don't know what it is until the right time. We will be here to divulge the news that will appear at Computex 2019, so stay tuned.
