For months, exciting and unusual Zenfone 6 concepts and prototypes have been appearing again and again, most recently the dual slider design, which has not yet been implemented by any other manufacturer. It looks like at least the flagship of the upcoming Zenfone 6 family will actually stand out from the crowd in an unusual way, which Asus has promised since the announcement of the launch date.
A first render image of the Zenfone 6 is teasered by Asus himself via Twitter - it not only shows an extremely rimless front design but also lets us assume that, similar to the upcoming OnePlus 7 Pro, we will have to expect a motorized extendable selfie cam or actually a slider mechanism, possibly the already mentioned dual slider design. In terms of specs, not much is known yet, but at least the flagship should be based on the Snapdragon 855 from Qualcomm.
The launch will take place on May 16th in Spain.
