This Tuesday (7), Google announced two new smartphones of the Pixel line. They are Google Pixel 3A and Google Pixel 3A XL, models that arrive with the proposal to leverage the company's mobile phone sales, with a new intermediate price range.

The cheapest model is the Google Pixel 3A. It will be sold in the United States for US$ 399 and has a 5.6-inch screen, Snapdragon 670 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 3,000 mAh battery. One of the great highlights will be the price, which is far from the mark of US$ 1 thousand established by top-of-the-line smartphones in recent years.

During the announcement, the company said that one of its major goals is to ensure that new technologies can be accessed by as many people as possible and not just by those who can afford more expensive devices.

As with the other Google smartphones, the new Pixel 3A and Pixel 3A XL seem to continue offering excellent cameras, especially in this lower price range. The company's promise is that everything that has succeeded in the most expensive models, such as artificial intelligence that optimizes images automatically and Night Shift mode for photos taken at night.

As many people will use Pixel 3A as their main camera, the battery has also received attention. According to Google, it will be possible to use the device for up to 30 hours on a single charge. The fast charging ensures up to 7 hours of use after only 15 minutes plugged in.

There are few differences between the Pixel 3A and the Pixel 3A XL. While the cheapest model has a 5.6-inch screen and 3,000 mAh battery, the XL version will have a 6-inch screen and 3,700 mAh battery. The Pixel 3A XL will be sold for US$ 479.

Whoever acquires one of the new Pixel will also have access to the functions that Google is launching exclusively for the line. An example of this is the augmented reality navigation on Google Maps, which uses the device's camera to show travel directions in the real world. This tool will work on any street that has good lighting and is registered in Google Street View.

Both devices will be sold this Tuesday (7) and will be available in the same countries where the other models of the line are sold: Germany, Australia, Canada, Spain, United States, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, Singapore and Taiwan.
