After many rumors and leaks, at last Xiaomi has officially presented the Redmi Note 7 Pro in an event held in India, one of the most important technological countries in the world. Last January the firm already announced the Redmi Note 7, a device that shares specifications and design with the Pro version but also has some differences inside.

The Redmi Note 7 Pro will be available on March 13 in India, and later land in the rest of the markets, so it is a good time to analyze the main differences between the first devices that Redmi launches after becoming a Subbrand Completely independent. In addition, the Chinese company's new smartphone has also revealed both its price and its features and specifications.

Identical on the outside but different inside

The Redmi Note 7 Pro Part of the normal version of the new smartphone, so they share various specifications and design. For example, as for the external aspect they are completely identical. Both terminals feature an external appearance with degraded glass, a 6.3-inch FullHD + screen with a drop-shaped notch and a fingerprint reader on the back. In addition, they also incorporate the classic buttons of volume and lock on the side, a USB type-C for the load and data transfer and facial unlocking.

The differences between the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro are found inside the devices and, as is logical, in their price. The first of them looks inside a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor that reaches the 2GHz, while the Pro model opts for the Snapdragon 675 with 2 cores Cortex A-76 to 2.0 Ghz. Storage and RAM also differ between both smartphones.

For its part, the Redmi Note 7 has variants of 3/4/6 GB of RAM and 32/64 GB of internal storage. The Pro version of Redmi's first phone as an independent subbrand bets for a greater capacity thanks to its variants of 4/6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage. Some differences are also noticeable in the price, as the Redmi Note 7 can be purchased for 128 euros, while the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be released for 179 euros.

As for the photographic system, both smartphones have a double rear camera configuration, with a main sensor of 48 megapixels accompanied by a secondary 5 megapixel. On the front, both have a 13 megapixel camera located in a notch shaped as a drop of water. Finally, both the Redmi Note 7 and the Redmi Note 7 Pro wear a huge 4000 mAh battery with quick Charge 4.0 quick charge.
