Arnold Pei said a new Huami Amazfit watch was leaked by internal test users yesterday, and many guessed it was the new Apple Watch, so he announced the appearance of the new watch today.

Arnold Pei believes that the Apple Watch is undoubtedly the benchmark for smartwatches, and there is a lot to learn from, but the upcoming Amazfit watch is superior to the Apple Watch, such as the PPI for the Apple Watch, which has a 326 PPI, and the new Amazfit watch, which has a screen PPI of 341. He also says the pixel density is close to the current pixel density limit for screens like the AMOLED.

As for the release date of the upcoming Amazfit smartwatch, Arnold Pei said "We'll know on August 20th."
