Huawei is reducing production of mobile phones and Foxconn, the manufacturer, has halted several production lines at Huawei's request, foreign media reported on Sunday.

Foreign media said that Huawei was not long ago because of the rapid development of mobile phone business and asked Foxconn to expand production lines, should now be timely to stop.

Huawei did not respond to a request for comment from the foreign media at first. However, a Huawei official spokesman said Huawei denies the claims and that our global production levels are normal and have not been significantly adjusted, according to a new report from the foreign media Wealth website.
