According to the article, the iPhone XE should hit the market with an edge-to-edge OLED screen, facial recognition and Apple's powerful processor, A12 Bionic. The display will be 4.9 inches, without the start button and with a rectangular finish, following the latest Apple models. However, unlike the XR, XS and XS Max, it will not have a wireless charging function, but this is one of the expected consequences of a reduction in the selling price.
The mobile phone would also have a 12 MP camera, with f/1.8 aperture, similar to the iPhone XR.
The article also states that this Apple device could be produced in India, which is perfectly in line with the iPhone XE's goal of having the price reduced, as well as making access to the device easier for developing countries. He also mentions that the device should be sold around U$600 (R$ 2,317, excluding taxes).
The value, although reduced compared to other models, still seems a little salty to be considered accessible to the majority of the population. And considering that it will have an infinite OLED screen, it is unlikely that Apple will be able to sell at a lower price than this.
It is worth remembering that like any report based on anonymous sources, the information cited was not confirmed by Apple. However, considering them, what would you think of the new iPhone XE?
