LG W Series: Triple rear camera, Boombox loudspeaker and drop-shaped notch in the new LG

A new family member of LG phones is coming. Thanks to a leak coming from LG's own website, which has shared Twitter user Ishan Agarwal, we can take a first look at some of the features and details of this new series, which LG baptizes as LG W Series.

Thanks to the images, it is possible to deduce details of at least one of the phones that will make up the series, whose appearance differs from that of the rest of the models in the LG catalogue, and instead climbs on to the trolley of trends such as the triple rear camera arranged vertically, the notch in the form of a drop of water or the rear of glass with degraded finishes.

LG W: what's new at LG

It seems that the photographs belong to the official promotional material of the telephone, but for some reason they would have appeared in advance on the servers of the brand's website. They confirm features such as the 4,000 mAh battery capacity, or the appearance of audio technology LG Boombox Speaker, introduced for the first time next to the LG G7 of last 2018.

The photographs also confirm the inclusion of an eight-core, twelve-nanometer processor at a maximum frequency of 2 GHz, and Android 9 Pie as the operating system that will run through the phone's circuits.

The triple camera is also present in the back of the device, although at the moment the technical details of this photographic system are unknown. Speaking of the rear, it is possible to deduce that at least one of the variants of the device will arrive in a degraded finish, in this case between violet and pink.

Not much is known about LG's W series, although looking at the promotional material, everything suggests that it will not take much longer to see the light officially.
