Nintendo denies the rumors of new cheaper Switch model at E3

Recently, Japanese and American media have spread the news that the Nintendo Switch host will launch a cheaper version of the new model and a strengthened version of the new model. Nintendo President Juntaro Okawa made it clear that he did not intend to publish the new model at the E3 exhibition in June


Nintendo announced its results as of the end of March 2019. The net annual sales in 2018 amounted to 15.56 billion yen, up 13.7% compared with the total annual sales in 2017. Nintendo Switch mainframe sales also reached 34.74 million units and software sales reached 187.21 million units.


In response to the recent announcement that Nintendo Switch will be brought into the Chinese market in cooperation with Tencent, Juntaro Guchuan said that at present only the hardware part of the host and the software part of the host must apply, and the actual time to enter the Chinese market still needs to wait for a period of time.
