One user asked on Weibo if the OnePlus 7 Pro will be available for about 5,000 yuan. To which OnePlus CEO Pete Lau replied that this was just getting to it. This equates to a price of just under 670 euros.
Lau had only just confirmed that there will actually be a pro variant, even with 5G. The smartphone is said to have a 6.7-inch display with rounded sides. It is likely to be a Quad HD Plus display with an image repetition rate of 90 Hz. At least that's what Leaks and Lau say themselves, that it's a special display that probably costs OnePlus a lot more.
It is also considered pretty safe that the new OnePlus smartphones run with a Snapdragon 855. The Pro variant could be launched in equipment with 6GB of RAM as well as 128GB of storage, 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of fixed storage, as well as 12GB of RAM and also 256 storage.
While the normal OnePlus 7 will probably continue to feature a notch, the OnePlus 7 Pro has a pop-up selfie camera. The main camera is probably based on a sensor with 48 megapixels. It is a triple camera. The OnePlus 7, on the other hand, is supposed to receive a dual camera. Both smartphones have a fingerprint sensor built into the display.
OnePlus will officially unveil the new smartphones on May 14. The European launch event will be held in London.
