According to the latest report, some users of Pocophone F1 and Redmi K20 Pro (Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro) have received the MIUI 11 update. To our delight, the MIUI 11 update on Redmi K20 Pro is based on the latest Android 10. While the POCO F1 and other previous phones that get MIUI 11 update like Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi K20 (Xiaomi Mi 9T) and Redmi 7A still runs the OS based on Android 9.0 Pie.

It’s exciting, as the POCO users finally start getting the long-awaited MIUI 11 update. According to the screenshot by users, the MIUI 11 version of the Pocophone F1 is MIUI v11.0.5.0.PEJMIXM and its file size is 1.8GB.


However, like the previous phones that have started getting MIUI 11 global rollout, this MIUI 11 version running on Pocophone F1 is still based on Android 9.0 Pie instead of Android 10, so users still cannot enjoy some new features of Android 10 like dark mode.

In addition to the Pocophone F1, the some users of Redmi K20 Pro also received the MIUI 11 global stable update. Moreover, the Redmi K20 Pro becomes one of the first Xiaomi phones to run the MIUI 11 based on Android 10.

According to the news on Twitter, the MIUI 11 version for Redmi K20 Pro or Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro is MIUI V11.0.1.0.QFKINXM and its file size is 2.2GB.

However, it seems that only MIUI beta tester users can receive the latest MIUI 11 with Android 10 update presently.   

How to check the MIUI 11 update on your Xiaomi phones?

Haven’t received the MIUI 11 on your Pocophone F1 or Redmi K20 Pro? You can check the update by yourself. To do this, just go to your phone's "Settings" - "About phone" - "System update" and click "Check for updates". If it shows "No updates available", it indicates that the MIUI 11 is not available to your phone's model presently. So please wait patiently. However, if it shows you an available software with the latest MIUI version, you can click "Download update" to download the MIUI 11 software pack and install it according to its installation guide.
