The design of the three smartphones is a little different.
The Redmi 8 comes with a 6.22-inch water drop screen with the resolution of 1520 x 720 pixels, and there is a narrow notch at the bottom. On the back, there is an LED flashlight, vertically-aligned dual rear camera lens and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor in the upper middle.

The Redmi 8 offers up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, and the Redmi 8A offers up to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, while the Redmi Note 7 Pro offers up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. So the Redmi Note 7 Pro offers more storage for you to save your photos, files and videos.
In terms of unlock, the Redmi 8 and Redmi Note 7 Pro offers both face unlock and rear fingerprint sensor unlock. However, the Redmi 8A only offers face unlock.
In other aspects, all the three smartphones run the MIUI 10 based on Android 9.0 Pie operating system and they remain the 3.5mm headphone jack for your convenience. In addition, they almost have the same weight.
