This heatsink is based on the Cryorig C7 Cu, which is based on a copper radiator. Although it is made of copper, the fins and heatpipes of this new model have been coated with graphite to improve heat dissipation. The original version of the Cryorig C7 has a TDP of only 100W, the C7 Cu increases it to 115W and the C7 G increases its TDP to 125W.
Because it is designed for mini-ITX equipment, it must be extremely compact. The heatsink has dimensions of 97x97x47mm and weighs 673.5 grams. It has a 92mm fan to dissipate heat efficiently.
The fan can rotate from 600RPM to 2500RPM. This fan has an airflow of 40.5CFM with a static pressure of 2.8mmH2O and a loudness of 30dBA.
It should be noted that the Cryorig heatsink has a total of 57 copper fins, which have been coated with graphite. The aluminium fins are passed through four copper heatpipes with a thickness of 6mm.
It has been created to be fully compatible with Intel LGA 115X socket processors and AMD AM4. Unfortunately the company has not given details of when this processor will reach the market and what the price will be.
