Huawei Nova 5T: specs

Sources report that the Huawei Nova 5T will be equipped with a 6.26-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Previously, it was expected that the smartphone will be equipped with a much more compact display with a diagonal of 5.5 inches.

The hardware will be a single-chip Kirin 980 system with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in flash memory. On the rear panel there are four cameras with image sensors of 48, 2, 16 mp resolution.

The 32-megapixel front camera will receive a lens with an aperture of F/2.0. Besides, the Huawei Nova 5T will offer quad rear cameras consisting of a 48MP lens, a 16MP lens, and two 20MP lens. It is expected that Huawei Nova 5T will work under EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie. The battery capacity will be 3750 mAh and it supports 22.5W fast charging.

The latest leaks reveal that the Huawei Nova 5T will offer identical specs to Honor 20, but will have a more compact design. According to the current price of the Honor 20, its 8+128GB edition is priced at 2699 yuan (about $382), so we predict the the Huawei Nova 5T may offer the similar price tag.
