A few weeks ago, the first rumors of NVIDIA's release of a new graphics began to emerge. This new graphic refers to the GTX 1650 Ti, a simple gaming graphic. This graphics card will be positioned between the GTX 1650 and GTX 1660. The latest information from China will reach the market on October 22nd.
The GeForce GTX models are also based on the Turing architecture, with the exception of not supporting RayTracing and DLSS. These silicios do not have RT Cores and Tensor Cores, so they are somewhat more economical. Turing is not exactly an economical architecture and the Radeon RX 5700 Series is quite uncomfortable for the company.
Apparently this graphics card will reach the Chinese market for about 140 euros at the exchange rate. The GTX 1650 Ti will be a solution thought for this market, that demands economic solutions. China is currently one of the largest gaming markets in the world and this is very noticeable.
On the specifications of the GTX 1650 Ti, we have nothing confirmed, only the published in filtrations. All indications are that it would be based on a TU117 silicon, a silicon that would be equipped with between 1 024 - 1 280 CUDA Cores. It will be accompanied by 64 TMUs, 32 ROPs and a total of 4GB GDDR5 @ 8.0GHz via a 128-bit interface. This graph would have a TDP of 75W, which is the limit that PCIe 3.0 can offer.
The GTX 1660 has 1408 CUDA Cores and the GTX 1650 has 896 CUDA Cores. It will be an intermediate solution, seeking to offer a good relationship between quality and price. Although it would initially be launched in China, it is possible that it will end up reaching the whole world. Although it would not be the first time that a product is launched only for the Chinese market.
