It is reported that the new OnePlus 5G phone is likely to be based on OnePlus 7 Pro, the company's first 5G phone, and the new phone may be called OnePlus 7T (possibly 4G and 5G "Pro" versions). Pete Lau said the flagship phone at the end of 2019 must be able to be competitive with 5G because he expects a wider range of 5G coverage in 2020.
