This morning, Shen Yiren, vice president of OPPO, posted a video on Weibo comparing the anti-shake effect of OPPO Reno 2 with that of other models (Reno 2 on the right) and add the words "tied to the body, without any stabilizer aids". According to the video, the, OPPO Reno 2 is obviously better than the model on the left in terms of sloshing amplitude and stability. Therefore, it is expected that the main lens of OPPO Reno 2 will adopt OIS optical anti-shake technology at least, and there will be some compensation in the algorithm correction.
In fact, the previous OPPO Reno 10X zoom version features a new HIS hybrid video anti-shake technology, (Hybrid Image Stabilization). HIS hybrid video anti-shake technology effectively combines IOS (optical anti-shake) technology and EIS (video anti-shake) technology, the combination of hardware and software to achieve a more stable picture when shooting video.
In terms of camera specs, the OPPO Reno 2 will offer quad rear cameras consisting of a 48MP primary lens, a 13MP ultra wide angle lens, an 8MP depth lens and a 2MP micro lens and adopt 20X optical zoom technology. Meanwhile, it will offer a 16MP front camera hidden in the pop-up shark-fin.
Yesterday, The OPPO Reno 2 is exposed to have passed the network access permission in China and its images are also leaked. From the pictures, we can see that the OPPO Reno 2 will come with quad rear cameras. In addition, according to other leaks, the OPPO Reno 2 will continue to adopt the shark-fin pop-up camera design, and it will further narrow its bezels to offer a better full screen vision effect.
It is worth noting that although the OPPO Reno 2 series have four cameras on the back, it still keeps the the axisymmetric design and inherits the back lines and hand feel of the Reno series. In addition, the most representative "O-Dot" on the back of the phone will still be an exclusive sign of the Reno series smartphones.
