OPPO's vision in IoT is to create a multi-terminal, cross-scene IoT ecology starting from daily life. Focus on the core category, covering personal, family, travel and office scenes.
OPPO Vice President announced that OPPO will launch IoT Enablement. First of all, open HeyThings IoT protocol, which can achieve multi-protocol compatibility, local connection and multi-brand interconnection. OPPO will open protocol documents, SDK and modules to help IoT products access faster.
Secondly, open the HeyThings IoT service platform, including product development, service customization and data operation. It will be launched in the first quarter of 2020.
Finally, the open audio interconnection protocol is used to realize the connection between the third-party smart headset and the OPPO mobile phone. The first batch of capabilities, including fast auto pairing and power display, will be opened in June 2020.
OPPO Liu Bo also revealed that OPPO's first smartwatch product OPPO Watch and the health platform will be released in the first quarter of 2020. Judging from the current information, this upcoming OPPO Watch will focus on health services.
