Ion is powered by Intel's 10th generation Comet Lake chip, while the 15-inch model can be equipped with Nvidia GeForce MX250 GPU and 2GB GDDR5 memory.
Both sizes of memory configuration can be up to 16GB DDR4 and up to 1TB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage. The 15-inch version also has an additional unmounted SODIMM slot (for an additional 16GB of RAM) and an additional SSD slot.
Ion has the same 69.7Wh battery. In terms of connectivity, Ion has an HDMI interface more than Flex.
Up to now, there is no information on the price of new products, but the new equipment is scheduled to start selling in December.
