Users of Xiaomi Mi 3, Mi 4 and Redmi Note 7 got Android 10

While manufacturers are testing and bringing to mind the official updates to the latest version of the Android 10 operating system, enthusiasts have already prepared unofficial firmware for the most impatient.

The official version of Android 10 is currently available for Pixel, Essential Phone, Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro, OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro smartphones.

Previously, unofficial firmware based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP) has already been released for Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1, Xiaomi Mi 8, Mi 6, POCO F1, Redmi Note 5, Xiaomi Mi A2, Mi Mix 2, Mi Mix 2S, OnePlus 6, OnePlus 6T, Asus ZenFone 6/Asus 6z, Asus ZenFone 5z and LG G2.

Now Xiaomi Mi 3, Xiaomi Mi 4, Redmi Note 7 and Lenovo ZUK Z2 Plus smartphones are added to the list. Redmi Note 7 received the first builds of LineageOS 17 while it has problems with encryption and Wi-Fi Display function.

Debuted in 2013, the smartphone Xiaomi Mi 3 will not receive an official Android 10 from Xiaomi at all. But the unofficial builds of e AOSP 10 is for Xiaomi Mi 3, Xiaomi Mi 4 and Xiaomi Mi 4 LTE. Of the known "bugs" noted non-working NFC in Xiaomi Mi 3.

Lenovo ZUK Z2 Plus also received the first LineageOS 17, however, with a solid list of problems - with sound over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi hotspot, VoLTE, encryption and others.
