In this last year we have not stopped seeing a more than remarkable evolution of Xiaomi, not only in terms of design and performance is concerned, but also in a slight increase in the price of their devices that in most cases is given by better components or technological advances.
That's why the Xiaomi Mi 10 could mark a before and after in the firm, either incorporating new technologies never seen before as it could be a 120Hz screen or the best camera on the market thanks to its latest advances in this sector, giving as an example the Mi Note 10.
Whether it's collecting the latest rumors or even giving imagination to what we expect from Xiaomi's next flagship, here's our vision of what we should expect from this new smartphone.
If we take into account the last words of Lu Weibing who assured that it was still too early to see commercially selfie under screen camera technology, the next Xiaomi Mi 10 should be something similar to what would result from the combination of Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and Mi Note 10.
Furthermore, considering the market trend to launch a "standard" variant and a "pro", the Mi 10 could arrive together with a notch in the form of a drop of water or even a selfie camera embedded in the screen, while the Mi 10 Pro would result in a smartphone with a retractable camera, let's go... a format very similar to the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro.
Also, inheriting the strength of the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, the expected Mi 10 could have up to five cameras in its back consisting of a main sensor SONY IMX 686 60MP, an ultra-wide angle, two telephoto lenses and a macro lens. On its front and jumping from the 20MP of the current Mi 9, Xiaomi's new flagship could integrate a 32MP camera.
Perhaps one of the points that are probably most secure are those related to your internal hardware at the processor and storage level. In this case, there is little doubt that the Mi 10 will integrate the Snapdragon 865 that Qualcomm will present to us in a few days. This would put Xiaomi's flagship back at the top of the AnTuTu tables.
As far as storage is concerned and following again the market trends and the extra need for storage due to the high resolution of its cameras, it is most likely that this new smartphone will reach 512GB of storage, in this case at least UFS 3.0. For its part and equally, the 6, 8 and 12GB of RAM are three options that almost certainly we will see in the Mi 10.
Also, if we look again at the competition, it is clear that it is time to expand the refresh rate of the Xiaomi flagship screen. In this case, the Mi 10 should have at least a 90Hz AMOLED screen that we would all be happy with or even, to our surprise, a rate that reaches 120Hz.
There is no doubt that one of the most criticized features of the Xiaomi Mi 9 is its 3,300mAh battery. A capacity that is somewhat short considering the other alternatives that we find in the market from the hand of Huawei or Realme, which in the case of the Xiaomi Mi 10 could be slightly increased.
In this case or at least what we expect in great part of the Mi 10 is that its battery at least reaches 4,000mAh.
In addition, a well-informed online informant Mukul Sharma gave an update on the upcoming smartphones, shared information about the upcoming flagship Xiaomi.
He confirmed that the flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mi 10 has long been in development, and its release is scheduled for February next year. If this is really the case, the Xiaomi Mi 10 could be ahead of the Samsung Galaxy S11 and become the first smartphone on the market to be equipped with a single-chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 system.
In addition, the insider confirms that Xiaomi Mi 10 will also be the first smartphone on the market to receive support for the fastest wired 100W charging.
Taking into account the pace of launch of Xiaomi's flagships, the Xiaomi Mi 10 would be introduced in early 2020 and released globally in mid-March, just like the Xiaomi Mi 9 at the time.
Likewise and after seeing the price of the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, Xiaomi's new flagship could increase its price, going from the 449 euros we saw at the launch of the Xiaomi Mi 9, to 549 euros even more for the expected Xiaomi Mi 10.
