Why the headphones does not charge? 
Please make sure both ends of the USB cable are securely connected. If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works. - Excelente som stereo muito bom mesmo recomendo os fones, bateria dura bem, por horas quando bem carregado, ainda não fiz muitas recargas de bateria mas no segundo uso também durou bastante, além da possibilidade de usar só um depois o outro estendendo o tempo de uso dos fones. Vem Sem o cabo de alimentação e fonte, ambos não vêem. carregamento de tipo celular USB micro B. excelente fone! recomendo.

- It's my first earbuds, haven't tried others but these ones looks great and worth their price. I'm bloody happy and excited to use them. However its package is fleebish, arrived pretty crumpled. Anyway deserved five stars 👍

- good eardots comparing to the price, the sound is great and the battery lifetime is pretty good. but the packaging wasn't really good because the product will travel a long way the box should be more solid.

- O fone chegou em 14 dias úteis e não fui taxada, considerando que comprei no fim de ano perto das festas foi muito rápido. Me surpreendi muito com a qualidade dele para o preço. Mas achei que ele deveria vir com carregador.No geral eu recomendaria para o público brasileiro sim.

- Bom custo beneficio.O botão fisico incomoda um pouco ao clicar entrando dentro do ouvido um pouco mais do que o necessario. Mas tem um bom som, e bom tempo de uso.
