Pros:
A nice companion for arduino, I use it for programming standalone atmega chips, I'm sure it has many other more complicated purposes to try with arduino, for more advanced users.
Cons:
The price is not a great deal. The digital pins numbering is messed up, the 3rd pin has no number, so if you don't pay attention, it may give you some headaches :)

ProtoShield Expansion Board with Mini Breadboard Solderless for Arduino Nokia 5110
