Apple equipped its MacBook Pro only with 4 USB-C ports. So you have to buy a lot of adapters. On top of this, the ports are too close, so that for most adapters, 2 USB-A adapters won't fit side by side. This model is the only one that allows them side by side since it fits inside the USB-A (still a bit tight, depends on which USB-A).Further they are cheap, at 0.30 euros apiece, and very reliable since they are just made of wires (no electronics). They are also very light and small, so I carry them with me all the time. Be careful, since they are not so strong, you could bend them easily.
