It also has a 1080 x 2400 pixels of screen resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and approximately 402ppi density with 16M colors, giving it an equally vibrant display like the OPPO Reno 3. It is protected by the same Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the screen. Besides being available in the same four colors as the OPPO Reno 3, the OPPO Reno 3 is also available in a Pantone Edition, which is available in Classic Blue shade. However, being a special edition, it will cost a bit more than the usual ones.
With ColorOS 7, the dark mode is now available system-wide (even for third party applications) and can be scheduled automatically. It also provides overall better RAM management and touch response. The Sloop video editor and a new image processing algorithm are a couple of tweaks the camera department gets for the ColorOS 7.
The enhancement is UI colors, and four different icon designs are expected to reduce visual fatigue. The OPPO Sans font, the Art+ wallpaper to the software are a few more new entries in the system. The company said that the UI is smarter and is capable of automatically switching to drive mode when connected to car Bluetooth.
Sat right below it is the 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with a 116-degree field of view, a telephoto lens of 2-megapixel with EIS and 5X hybrid zoom support and last but not the least, the 2-megapixel monochrome camera with an aperture of f/24. The whole setup is matched with an LED flash and is capable of shooting at 2160p@30fps, 1080p@30/60/120 fps. On the front, we have a 32-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture.
