Recently, Bang & Olufsen has just announced the third-generation Beoplay E8 true wireless Bluetooth earbuds, which come with a more compact design and significantly extended battery life.
A single earbud can last 7 hours; in combination with the portable charging case, the battery life is 35 hours. In comparison, that of the previous generation is only 16 hours.
What’s more, the new charging case has a USB Type-C charging port and supports wireless charging - a new feature introduced last year.
The latest Beoplay E8 TWS Bluetooth earbuds also offer Bluetooth 5.1 and AptX support. Additionally, according to B&O, the comfort in wearing Beoplay E8 is further improved.
However, the new product still doesn’t support active noise cancellation, which is found in the $249 AirPods Pro, which provides a total of 24 hours of battery life.
What’s more exciting is that the price of the new Beoplay E8 Bluetooth earbuds will be the same as that of the second generation, at only 350 dollars or 300 pounds. They will be launched on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 2020.
