Question: Can I use a longer cable to connect camera and monitor?

Answer: Yes, you need to buy another longer connection cable if our 5m cable isn't long enough, and use it with our spare connector. Please refer to the following table:

Question: Can I adjust the volume?

Answer: The volume of the outdoor camera is not adjustable, and the volume of the indoor monitor can be adjusted by pressing the volume button.

Question: Can't hear the sound? Press the call button and nothing happens.

Answer: This is usually caused by mismatching of extension cable specifications, which can be avoided by using our recommended specifications.

Question: Can I connect an extra monitor?

Answer: Yes, but we currently don't sell individual monitors. If you need an extra monitor, we recommend you buy the package which includes one camera and two monitors.
