Snapping, crackling, popping, or no audio on one side, what can i do? 
1. Make sure the 3.5 mm audio jack is fully plugged in. The straight input connects to your headset, and the L-shaped input connects to your audio device.
2. Check that your audio source is on and working.
3. If your audio source is a computer or laptop, try adjusting the configuration settings.

- - low noise canceling due to very large ear cups - the headphones tend to fall of my head over time (from time to time I have to rearrange them on my head). If you have a big head there may not be an issue. - the USB connector is used only for lighting of the red leds as you can see in the attached pictures and not for sound

- O vídeo não foi tão eficiente mas deu para mostrar como o fone chegou na caixa , não foi exatamente assim que chegou porque eu já havia aberto a caixa pois estava ansioso haha , demorou bastante pois os Correios do Brasil não tem uma entrega rápida , obrigado gearbest.
