- The delivery took 17 days. The purchase process was effortless and delivery monitored very well. Headphones came nicely packed in bubble envelope. The cardboard itself was a bit cambered, but tat is no issue at all.Overall, these are great pair of headphones. The sound quality is very good and wearing is comfortable. Pairing is easy (although there is no multipoint, shame) and reconnection works flawlessly. The quality of used materials is good. The battery life is very good, with ANC on it allows to use headphones for two days. The ANC function does the job. A bit of buzzing appears when the environment is quiet, but this is claimed by manufacturer as normal (although I have not noticed that effect with my friend's Bose QuietComfort 35 II).The main con is not very good quality of phone talks. The sound on the side of headphones is ok, but callers complain about quality on their side. This is happening even in a quiet room so probably microphone quality should be upgraded. Also, controlling buttons are quite wobbly. The headset manufactured elsewhere (under the code JH-ANC804) and only branded 'Alfawise' - the sticker is clearly added to the cardboard and also silver letters on the headphones are not stamped, but glued. This unfortunately resulted in missing of letter "l" in the brand name on the one side, noticed directly after opening the case (please refer to photograph). Since I was not able to find the letter in the case, I will remove the remaining letters.Taking together, the headphones are good value for the money. If you agree to compromise a bit of quality, you can replace 6-times more expensive models with Alfawise JH - ANC804.

Why the headphones does not charge? 
Please make sure both ends of the USB cable are securely connected. If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works. If you use a computer, make sure it is connected and the USB port is powered. Turn on the headset and then turn them off. Disconnect and reconnect the USB charging cable. Description

- The headphone is ok.Build quality is what you'd expected for this price range.Feels a bit cheap, a bit light, all plastic. Looks solid though, so I expect this will be able to last for a few years if taken good care.The buttons are firm, as well as the ANC switch.Pairing is easy and you can use with a 3.5mm (P2) cable as well, which is nice.The sound is average. It's a cheap headphone so don't expect amazing quality. Bass is quite strong, middle is non-existent, treble is too intense for my tastes. The drum's hi-hat and snare are too strident in some songs. They clearly went for a U curve.ANC affects the sound, pretty much reducing every frequency by a bit.ANC is not that effective either, but its effectiveness also depends on the kind of sound you're trying to block so YMMV.

- Ce casque est très bien de très bonne qualité. Les basses sont puissantes et le son très clair. Le système Bluetooth se connecte bien. C'est un casque très confortable et léger à porter. Les points négatifs sont plutôt du côté de son Annulation de bruit quand il est actif sans musique il émet un léger bruit sourd plutôt désagréable et musique ce dernier réduit considérablement les bases mais il fais le travail dans des environnements bruyants.Cela reste un très bon casque pour ce tarif. Mais il y a encore du travail pour arriver au niveau des ténors du domaine. Petit plus pour son étui de rangement rigide inclus.

- After performing a good long over night first-time battery charge, I used them for six continuous hours glorious comfortable hours. There was no fading of sound and the battery seemed to be ready for several more hours of use. The volume control is smooth and adjusts easily. The sound remained clear, crisp and easy to listen to from the highest to the lowest volume setting.

- This product is on par with big brand names . It works just fine with cellphones and tablets. When turned on, it automatically connects to my cellphone every time after the initial set up. Voice quality for phone conversations is good; people at the other end could easily hear me. Wired connection is good as well.

- Great buy if you're looking for cheaper true wireless earbuds. Battery life, sound and build quality are awesome, no problems here.Keep in mind that the right earbud is the master, so if you want to use the left by itself, you'll have to pair it separately -but this works just fine, not a problem at all.

- I bought them about a year and a half ago and I use them all the time. I had a pair of on ear headphones from a no-name brand a few years ago and, while they served their purpose, they were not impressively loud

- Perfect for general use, well worth the price. You can use noise cancellation even when off.Sometimes a bit saddle, but this is an excusable price.The sound is good and attractive.
