It was easy to set up and with the app, we can check in when were at work. I honestly have had no issues with the monitor or the app in the few weeks that we've had it. Maybe that's because we have good strength on our wifi? Not sure. The video is really clear and we love checking in on her before we go in to see whats wrong. The picture quality is really good for such a cheap product, and let's you know when there's any movement.

Why can not find IP camera when you use search software?

1. Rechecking whether power supply and Ethernet cables are connected correctly;

2. Checking the network setting for IP camera and your computer. Go to network connection, configure IP address to same IP segments, Subnet mask and default gateway must be same for both IP camera and computer;

3. Ensuring IP camera and computer are in the same router.
