1. Why can't I add the camera to the app?
(1) The camera cannot be configured during the startup process. It may take 30 seconds to complete the startup. Please start the configuration after you hear the camera’s "Di" prompt sound. If you don't hear the camera’s prompt sound after the startup is complete, press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds or more until you hear the prompt sound, and then start configuring.
(2) Make sure that your mobile phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
2. Why motion tracking does not work?
The mobile tracking function is only available on selected Pan/Tilt cameras. By factory default, the motion tracking function is not enabled. To enable the motion tracking function, please tap the Cruise menu at the bottom of the Live View interface of the app. If you want to get alarm notifications and videos, please enable the motion detection function in the menu.
3. What should I do before I insert a TF card?
Before inserting a TF card, please disconnect the camera from the power supply. Please use an 8-128G Class 10 and above high-speed TF card (micro sd card), and format the TF card on the first use.
4. Does the camera support ONVIF? Whether it can be connected to a DVR/NVR?
The camera does not support ONVIF and it cannot be connected to DVR/NVR.
5. Does the camera support Alexa and Google Assistant?
The camera supports Alexa and is compatible with Amazon Echo Show. The camera does not support the Google Assistant.
6. Does the camera support watching on a computer?
Yes. To watch it on a computer, you need to first install the PC client, and log in to the PC client with the app account to synchronize the camera to the PC. However, accessing the camera through a browser on a PC is not supported.
7. Does the camera support email alarm?
No. It does not support email alarms, but it supports app alarms and small video pushes.
8. Why my camera often got disconnected?
For products with antennas, please check if antennas are screwed tight. And check if the distance between the camera and the router is too far. Please install the camera as close to your router as possible.
9. Why my camera restarts for no reason?
The power supply of the camera may be insufficient. Try to power the camera by a power adapter with the same specification. It is highly recommended to use the original power adapters; If you are using power extension cables, you need to use a power adapter with higher power.
