My wrist was hurting so badly I could barely move it. I bought this pad and the pain went away within days. It is very comfortable. Soft enough to cradle your wrist, but firm enough to protect it from injury. I never realized just how hard I was pressing my wrist onto the table... there's a sizable impression on the pad every time I lift my wrist. A lot of pads are too firm to do anything for you, but this one is very soft and comfortable.

It is just good enough for my purposes, but I think it could be slightly better. I would like it to be a little softer and a little more comfortable, but for my needs,it is just good enough so I am satisfied. I like this better than the bead-filled ones that are also available high up in the sales rank. The bead-filled ones I found to be lightly "painful" after a little while even though they are really comfortable initially.

Memory foam is so much better than the gel pad. it is softer and returns to its shape after use, gel pads seem to get harder over time and become mis shapen. that was the trouble I was having with the last one. This one is very comfortable to use and I highly recommend it.

Nice mouse pad, one star off because the wrist rest deflates almost completely after resting for a handful of minutes. Not the biggest issue but can get slightly uncomfortable if settling down for a game session.
