Specifications:
● Material: ABS
● Unit of measurement data: feet or meters
● Measurement range: 0.5m - 18m
● Automatic shutdown: 30 seconds without pressing any key
● Error: the actual distance when "Error" is displayed is outside the measurement range
● Power supply: 1 x 15V 23A battery ( not included )
● Accuracy: + / - 0.5%
● Wavelength: 650nm
● Transmission frequency: 40kHz
Note During Measurement:
● The ultrasonic range finder measures the distance of the obstacle from the bottom of the machine, not the top. If you take the top as the standard, you will find that the distance between the displayed distance and the actual distance will always be more than 10 cm
● During the measurement, the body and the wall ( obstacles ) should be kept as vertical as possible, especially when the measured distance is longer, the more vertical the measurement accuracy is; Laser positioning can be turned on during measurement, which is convenient to keep perpendicular to the measured object
● When "ERROR" appears on the instrument, it indicates a measurement error. The cause of the error may be that your measurement distance is not within the measurable range of the instrument ( 0.5 - 18m ); it may also be that the instrument is tilted during the measurement, and the frequency reflected by the obstacle is not received by the instrument
● During the measurement, if there is something that can absorb the frequency, such as curtains, carpets, wallpapers, etc., it will affect the accuracy of the measurement; at the same time, when measuring between two points, there should not be any obstacles in the middle to avoid affecting Measurement accuracy
● The instrument uses alkaline batteries, not rechargeable batteries. Do not charge the instrument
● The instrument must not fall, touch, or enter the water
