I waited for this bear since 2/8/19 and just received it yesterday it came in a plastic bag no bubble wrap or nothing.if product is delicate then should ship with care especially coming from across country from plane to truck.it was damage some roses we're damage.i want to let slide but I need to complain because you don't ship iteam like that.i want a refund or another bear I even got picsjbravo156@gmail.comYoni Order number 19020800988907075136

El articulo fue comprado en oferta, es muy bonito y ligero , el tamaño es un poco inferior al descrito (38 cm) , pero excelente, tiene muchas flores, el alma interior es de Unicel o poliestireno expandido, por lo que es muy ligero , tiene muchas flores las cuales son de Foami o EVA o Etilvinilacetato, algunas llegaron caidas, pero se pueden pegar facilmente, lo que me desagrado es que viene con cabellos atorados en las flores.

Excellent as a present. Love it. Very soft and flowers looks great. Had to repair it a bit since one flower was separated, however, after repair looks like new. Came very quickly, well packed and wasn't damaged.
