I bought these fans ahead of the warm weather and they arrived just in time. The high speed produces enough air to cool me down. I haven't used it long enough to see well the charge holds up. Will edit this when I do so. It's loud but not in a disturbing way. You can definitely hear the motor working though. The instructions are also in English, a bit difficult to understand but you'll get the gist of it.
