How to download firmware?
Please visit the Creality official website( link above, in the picture), go to: Support -> Download -> Accessory Firmware-> CR Touch Firmware for 32-bit Motherboard. There's a CR-Touch PDF that lists the various firmware options for different model printers. (PS:BL Touch Firmware is universal with CR Touch Firmware)

How to flash 32-bit Mainboard?

1. Shut down and unplug the power cable.

2. On the printer copy the firmware to the SD card.

3. SD card only save the firmware, other files deleted.

4. Insert SD card to printer.

5. Insert the power cable and press the switch on key.

6. The screen lights up and goes black for about 10-15 seconds.

7. When the progress bar and interface appear, the firmware has been successfully brushed.

8. Finally, unplug the SD card.
